Stopped working and froze over, but all they do is come and refill it with Freon. If you want to have a nice place and you want your family to be happy don't come here. We have rented the storage room #5 and one morning we didn't see our stuff. We went to the leasing office who suggested us to call the cops and we did. We asked the Management whether the keys to this storage is shared with someone else as well as we see some of our stuff(TV & printers) still in the storage but nothing else. To this the management said that they will change the keys every time people rent a storage room. This includes personal items of very high emotional value. We are able to retrieve 10% of the lost items.

You will find nothing but pine straw here! And with all the recent rain and pine straw going down the drains, the streets and 10 apts were flooded out. This was the dirtiest place I've ever moved into with mold aggravating my allergies as soon as I walked into the bathroom. There is paint sprayed all over with mirrors and when they replaced the lighting, they never painted touch up so you can see where the old lighting was. Don't expect modern appliances, this is the cheapest place I've lived in.
